video seminar from S.A.P.F. is now available for use by patriotic Americans who want to know and promote a thorough understanding of the tax laws of the United States and their proper and limited application. This twelve-hour presentation is not only enlightening but entertaining. We invite those in the legal community to obtain and study this video in order to become fully informed regarding the limited nature of the tax laws as expressed in the Constitution and the Internal Revenue Code - Title 26 USC, the Code of Federal Regulations, and the Internal Revenue Manual. Numerous other publications and documents from the IRS, the Office of Management and Budget and the Social Security Administration are discussed. This information is now complete and available in a form that constitutes a formidable tool. There are no longer any significant missing "puzzle-pieces." The conclusion that any American with a reasonable mind will come to is now entirely predictable. We have seen it time and time again in meetings at the Save-A-Patriot Fellowship. Now this experience can be multiplied by many thousands of times, as this vehicle is used to spread this information across our whole continent. "Just the Facts, " is all that is necessary to make our case. If we are to have limited government it, it must be funded only according to the limitations placed upon it by the very specific provisions outlined in the Constitution and in the tax laws as they now exist. We believe that if government agencies would obey the laws that are on the books, much of the confusion and abuse of innocent American citizens, caused by either the ignorant or willful abuse of taxing authorities could be eliminated.
We recognize the need for raising revenues to support the legitimate functions of government. Our primary goal is to ensure that all government agencies, particularly those engaged in the lawful raising of revenue, confine all their activities within the scope defined in the law. This goal achieved, would prevent much needless injury to American citizens, and at the same time encourage a level of responsibility in government that is now unfortunately only a vague memory.

As Congress is busy about making plans to change the structure of the tax code, or to replace the present tax system completely, the message of this video becomes more timely and more critical.
